Hi, I'm Karen!

 I have been a registered Dental Hygienist for 37 years.
I'm originally from New York, I moved to San Diego in 1987.

This is where my passion for fitness and nutrition came to life! 

With all the new research indicating everything starts in the mouth, from the first bite, to the gut, I was hooked.Helping my patients realize their mouth and teeth were more than just brushing and flossing to prevent cavities and gum disease.

The list now includes Heart Disease, Diabetes, Stroke and the list goes on.This passion, finally led me to pursue my Nutritional Certification, as well as becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, from ACE, The American Council on Exercise.

It is my mission to share my knowledge of whole foods and total body health with my clients.

Did you know, coffee grinds can help reduce the appearance of cellulite!  1 cup coffee grinds, used or unused, 1/2 cup white or brown sugar, 1 cup coconut oil, mix thoroughly.  Massage onto wet skin in the shower, rinse with warm water
